Eric Clapton will release another compilation of material from his career, this time concentrating on his years with Reprise Records.

Clapton joined Warner Brothers in 1983 with his album Money and Cigarettes and spent most of three decades with them recording some of his best known and most sophisticated music. The new set includes such songs as I’ve Got a Rock ‘N’ Roll Heart, Tears in Heaven, Forever Man, Bad Love, My Father’s Eyes, Change the World and Pretending along with classic album tracks.

The three CD set includes a disc of Clapton’s best known studio hits from the period while a second disc contains live tracks that cover many of his hits from the pre-Reprise years including his time with Cream, Blind Faith, Derek and the Dominos and as a solo artist. The final disc includes Clapton’s interpretation of nineteen blues songs.

A two CD set will also be available that removes the blues disc. The 2-LP vinyl set removes the songs Run Back to Your Side and Believe in Life from the Studio CD and adds Little Queen of Spades, Motherless Child and Got You On My Mind from the Blues disc.
