Angus Young Joins Guns N Roses In Sydney

The much rumoured Angus Young and Guns N Roses collaboration did happen in Sydney Friday night.

The AC/DC legend Angus Young is back home in Sydney visiting family and used the occasion to perform a couple of his own songs with Gun N Roses.

Young joined part-time AC/DC singer Axl Rose for ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ and ‘Riff Raff’, both songs originally recorded with Bon Scott on vocals.

Axl Rose has been the singer for AC/DC following the sudden dumping of Brian Johnson after 36 years with the band. While many thought the departure of Johnson spelt the end of AC/DC, Angus has vowed to move on with Axl. Another AC/DC with Axl Rose is currently being worked on.

A new AC/DC album with Rose will be the fourth time AC/DC have changed singers after Dave Evans then Bon Scott then Brian Johnson.
