Damon Albarn Reactivates The Good, The Bad & The Queen

Damon Albarn has resurrected The Good, The Bad & The Queen after 11 years.

The original team of Albarn, The Clash’s Paul Simonon, The Verve’s Simon Tong and Nigerian drummer Tony Allen, have a recorded a second album ‘Merrie Land’ with longtime David Bowie producer Tony Visconti.

The title track is the first taste of the album.

‘Merrie Land’ will be the first release of Albarn’s new album Studio 13.

The first The Good, The Bad & The Queen album reached no 2 in the UK.
