Ella Hooper became an established artist as a teenager in her band Killing Heidi. ‘Mascara’ was a no 1 hit for Killing Heidi when Ella was 17 years old.
Ella became one of the success stories of the Australian music industry, moving on to form The Verses with her brother Jesse and now preparing her solo debut.
She is also using her knowledge to help educate young people into the music industry in association with the Bank of Melbourne’s Melbourne Music Bank initiative.
