The Rock Show, starring Jon English, is a tribute to the 60s and 70s with music from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Jimi Hendrix, The Kinks, Elton John, Queen and more.
The show was born in 2008 when director Stuart Smith was asked to write for the opening of the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre in Nowra.
Four years later, the show is still going and doing the rounds across Australia.
Jon English has appeared in shows like Jesus Christ Superstar as well as creating his own rock opera Paris. His hits include ‘Words Are Not Enough’, ‘Six Ribbons’, ‘Get Your Love Right’, ‘Carmilla’ and ‘Hollywood Seven’.
