Gene Simmons has taken to Twitter to respond to allegations by Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet that he was rude to his mother.
Stonestreet posted to Instagram earlier today:
“Gene tried to bully my mom out of her seat and when she said no, he said, it’s ok, I just bought the plane and asked her for her autograph – dick move
“Then Paul called her ‘Aunt Bee.’ – dick move
Gene Simmons has now responded saying that “It’s simply untrue”.
“Someone posted a story which is blatantly untrue. The essence of it was that we were mean to somebody’s mother. It’s simply untrue”.

Stonestreet said in his post, “I can’t wait to run into you two old ass makeup wearing fucks and tell you in person, you should have been nicer to my mom”.
Simmons and Stanley also tweeted Stonestreet directly.
“@ericstonestreet –LOOK, I HAVE A MOTHER, TOO. I would never be mean, especially to mothers. You know that,” Gene wrote.
Paul Stanley replied, “@ericstonestreet I actually waited so your mom could get off first. The rest-A misunderstanding of joking. I apologize anyway. Good son”.
