Adele is pregnant. The most successful singer of the decade has announced that she has her first baby on the way.

At her official website, Adele has announced, “Im delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time”. Yours always, Adele xx
Simon is 36-year old Simon Konecki who accompanied Adele to the Grammy Awards this year. Immediately after they were seen together in public then, Adele rejected rumours that she was taking a break from the business and wanted to start a family.
Simon, a charity entrepreneur, has a 5-year old daughter with his ex-wife Clary Fisher. It is the first child for 24-year old Adele.
Adele has not made public how far into the pregnancy she is.
Her album ‘21’ has been the biggest selling album of the 21st Century. She won six Grammy awards for the record earlier this year.
