AIR Reveals Fast Track Fellowship Program

The Australian Independent Record Labels Association (AIR) has revealed details of its Fast Track Fellowship program.

The program will place two mid-level independent label employees or owners within major global music companies for two months each in the first half of 2018.

Applications for AIR’s Fast Track Fellowship open at 9am 23 November 2017.

Funding includes return flights, visas and insurance along with financial support to cover all accommodation, on ground transport per diems, registration fees for professional industry events whilst in market.

“The Fast Track Fellowships are an example of how we are backing our music industry and the people and businesses that drive it. This program is all about taking our industry to the next level and creating genuine opportunities for international growth. It’s the first program of its kind and we are proud to work with AIR and AAM to make it happen”, explains Martin Foley – Minister for Creative industries in a statement.

The successful applicants will be selected by an independent industry-based advisory panel and notified by Friday 17th December, 2017.
