Alanis Morissette will return to Australia in January for the first time of the 21st century.
Alanis was last in Australia in 1999 on the Junkie tour.
A lot has happened with Alanis since Australia last saw her. For starters, we all worked out that it was Uncle Joey (Dave Coulier) from ‘Full House’ who scarred her for life enough to write ‘You Outta Know’ and influence the ‘Jagged Little Pill’ album.
That scorn was quickly diluted when the album sold 33 million copies worldwide.
