Australia’s Mirusia Louwerse, seen globally on the Andre Rieu world tour, will perform her own shows in Australia in July.

Mirusia toured the world with Andrew after sending him a demo of her work. He rang her, flew her to Europe and gave her a solo spot in his show. She also recorded for his label scoring a no. 17 hit with ‘Always and Forever’ on the ARIA chart and no. 1 on the ARIA classical chart.
“I feel very proud to have been the person who gave Mirusia the possibility to start her career. After working five years with this incredibly talented soprano I can only wish her all the luck she deserves in her solo career,” André Rieu said in a statement.
Mirusia’s tour will start in her home state of Queensland. “There’s no place like home. I am so excited to be returning home after five years touring around the world with André Rieu, to perform for you all back at my home, Australia.” Mirusia says.
