Anne Lennox performed the Jimmy Cliff classic ‘Many Rivers To Cross’ and Bill Withers ‘Lean On Me’ for Desmond Tutu when he was awarded the Templeton Prize in London this week.
Lennox was invited to perform for the ceremony at London’s Guildhall. Desmond Tutu received the award for his lifelong humanitarian work.
Annie also performed Neil Young’s ‘Don’t Let It Bring You Down’ at the ceremony.
