APRA announce their Top 30 contenders for Song Of The Year, including Gotye, Chisel, 360, Kasey Chambers, Boy And Bear and Matt Corby.
The 2012 Australasian Performing Rights Association will stage their Music Awards on Monday 28 May at the Sydney Exhibition And Convention Centre, and they’ve announced the Top 30 contenders for Australian Song Of The Year.
While there are many categories, this is the big one and the big artists have been nominated. There are songs from Hilltop Hoods, Gotye, Cold Chisel, 360, Matt Corby, Kimbra, The Living End, Guy Sebastian, Boy And Bear, The Jezabels, Washington, Eskimo Joe and more.
The following list will be narrowed down to five nominees, with the final round of voting happening on April 13. Then, they’ll dish out the awards May 28.
