Aqua will return to Australia and New Zealand for their Greatest Hits tour in October and November.
Aqua had a number one album with ‘Aquarium’ in Australia in 1997 and reached number 15 with ‘Aquarius’ in 2000 before splitting.
The Danish-Norwegian band got back together in 2011 and released a third album Megalomania.
Aqua have sold over 35 million records making them the biggest selling Danish band of all time. In Australia their hits are ‘Barbie Girl’ (no 1, 1997), ‘Lollipop’ (no. 3, 1997), Doctor Jones (no. 1, 1997), ‘Turn Back Time’ (no 10, 1998), ‘Cartoon Heroes’, (no. 16, 2000), ‘Around The World’ (no 35, 2000).
