The Canadian couple first baby was born on Sunday, April 21. They have not announced the child’s name.

Win is the lead singer and main songwriter for Arcade Fire. Regine is also a singer in the band. Win’s brother William plays keyboards in the band.

Pastor Barry Mack of the St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Montreal said, “It’s good to see that they are still together and they now have a baby. It’s a bit rare in the entertainment industry.”

Arcade Fire’s touring violin player Marika Anthony-Shaw is also pregnant.

Arcade Fire formed in Montreal in 2001. Except a new Arcade Fire album later this year. Last month Arcade Fire were in New York recording the follow-up to 2010’s Grammy Award winning The Suburbs.
