Aretha Franklin has scored the sixth number 1 dance record of her career with her cover of Adele’s Rolling in the Deep.

According to Billboard, Franklin was last at the top of that chart in August 1998 with Here We Go Again from her album A Rose is Still a Rose.

Previously, Franklin had topped the dance chart with Freeway of Love (1985), Who’s Zoomin’ Who (1985), A Deeper Love (1994) and A Rose is Still a Rose (1998).

Franklin’s latest album, Aretha Franklin Sings the Great Diva Classics, was her highest charting in 29 years and was her first R&B Albums number 1 in 32 years, going back to 1982’s Jump On It.
