Drake ‘One Dance’ is still the most listened to song in Australia this week.
Spotify stats show more Australia were streaming ‘One Dance’ than any other song this past week.
‘One Dance’ was streamed 32,760,414 times, according to Spotify, just over 9 million more times than the number two song by Calvin Harris ‘This Is What You Came For’.
The Spotify chart differs greatly from the iTunes download chart as the two completely different audience actions generate two completely different audience reactions.
While more people listen to ‘One Dance’, less people are inclined to purchase the song, which sits outside the Top 10 at no 14 on the iTunes chart, based on actual sales.
