The Veronicas ‘In My Blood’ remained the top selling song in Australia this week but that is all about to change.
Katy Perry dropped her new song ‘Rise’ on Friday and that will dominate the next week on the singles chart.
New songs from 5 Seconds of Summer, Illy and Britney Spears also crept into the chart at the end of the week.
The big disappointment for the week was The Voice winner Alfie Arcuri ‘Cruel’ which failed to resonate at all with music fans. The song has already fallen to no 95 on the iTunes Australia chart in its sixth day on sale and has no hope of making the ARIA Top 40 this week.
