Azealia Banks gave a new song to Mugler, the brand behind Lady Gaga’s outlandish fashion creations who premiered it at a Paris fashion show.
The show was put on by Mugler creative director Nicola Formichetti to showcase the label’s Fall menswear collection. It was the third time the show has walked, but the first time the soundtrack wasn’t provided by Lady Gaga.
Formichetti’s music was the song Bambi by Harlem native Azealia Banks, who recently signed to Universal.

While you’re here, you should know that Banks tweeted about an impending Australian tour. That’s exciting, particularly if you’re in Australia.
She said: “Playing so many international dates this year! More UK dates, Australia, Japan, Scandinavia,” and later added: “So many exciting things happening this year. !!!! I reaaaaally can’t wait for Australia !! I wanna go on a safari! It’s like another world!”
It’s unclear if Banks being excited about Australia and Banks wanting to go on safari are two unrelated things or if she is just getting Australia confused with Africa. Either way, this show will be bad-ass.
