Bernard Fanning’s second solo album ‘Departures’ has become the 6th fastest selling album of 2013 with 11,339 sales.
‘Departures’ is also the second fastest selling Australian album of 2013 behind Birds Of Tokyo ‘March Fires’ which did 13,013 in its first week.
Daft Punk still holds the record for fastest selling album of 2013 with 49,175 sales of ‘Random Access Memories’ in week 1. Michael Buble ‘To Be Loved’ did 15,487 in the first week and in third place, Justin Timberlake with ‘The 20/20 Experience’ clocking in with 13,013 sales.
Other debuts this week were Black Sabbath ‘13’ at no 4 with 5,702 sales, Boards of Canada ‘Tomorrow’s Harvest’ at 24 with 1,165 sales, Jimmy Eat World ‘Damage’ at 26 with 1.147 sales and Andrew Stockdale ‘Keep Moving’ at 32 with 997 sales.
