Bernard Fanning, Sarah Blasko, Bob Evans To Play A Day On The Green

Bernard Fanning will head to Australian wineries for A Day On The Green in October and November.

The Fanning announcement kicks off the first tour of the 13th 2013-2014 season for A Day On The Green, although Fleetwood Mac have already been announced for a one-off A Day On The Green show in Geelong.

The Fanning A Day On The Green will also feature Sarah Blasko and Bob Evans. (Evans will appear on all shows except Perth). “I’m really looking forward to these a day on the green shows,” Fanning said. “I have been hearing about them for years and am glad to be playing my new songs in such a dignified setting. And I’m looking forward to a couple of vinos with Bob Evans and Sarah Blasko.”

Bernard Fanning recently released his second solo album ‘Departures’. The album debuted at number one in Australia. It was Fanning’s first album of new music since the break-up of Powderfinger.

November 2, Hunter Valley, Bimbadgen Winery
November 3, Brisbane, Sirromet Wines
November 9, Yarra Valley, Rochford Wines

November 17, Perth, Kings Park & Botanical Garden (without Bob Evans)

Tickets go on sale on July 8.
