Former Powderfinger singer Bernard Fanning will release his second solo album in mid-2013.
Speaking with the Daily Telegraph’s Kathy McCabe, Fanning said that his next album will reflect on his life since leaving Powderfinger including his move to Madrid, the death of his father and the birth of his son.
Fanning has been recording the new album in Los Angeles with producer Joe Chiccarelli.
His first solo album ‘Tea & Sympathy’ reached number one in Australia and was awarded five times Platinum by ARIA.
Powderfinger disbanded after their final show in Brisbane on November 13, 2010.
