Big Country are back this coming Tuesday with their eighth studio album and first since 1999, The Journey.

From that album we get the video for the track Hurt which has numerous images of significant events for the band.
The meaning of those images are being tweeted, one an hour, starting Monday at Noon through 7 PM and continue for the entire week of release. To see the meanings, follow the hashtag #hurtfact.
In addition, one lucky fan will receive tickets, backstage passes, a merchandise package and dinner with the band for the best video that depicts something that hurt them. Per the band’s website:
Now the band wants to see your story. Will you share it with us, with the world? Tell your story, who you lost, what you sacrificed; but ultimately the strength you have found in your life to carry on. It can be anything… A comment on our YouTube Channel or Facebook page of your story, a poem or even a video of yourself telling us your story.
The band will post every video submitted on their Youtube channel.
The band will personally choose a winner who will be announced on July 15th, 2013 (the 30th Anniversary of ‘The Crossing’). They will receive tickets, backstage passes, a premium merchandise package, and dinner with the band for you and a guest at a future Big Country concert of choice.
Please note the winner must provide their own travel and accommodation to the show / dinner.
