Noel Gallagher will make his first solo appear in Australia on Big Day Out 2012. The Vaccines have also been added to the bill.

The second Big Day Out line-up announcement was made today and while it is great news for the East Coast of Australia, Adelaide and Perth have just been told Kanye West, Hilltop Hoods and Mariachi El Bronx will not be visiting their cities.

Adelaide and Perth ticket holders have been given the option to cash out with a full refund.

The second line-up announcement is:
