Billy Joel Wears Star of David At Show In Anti-trump Statement

by Paul Cashmere on August 23, 2017

in News

Billy Joel wore the Star of David symbol at his Madison Square Garden show on Monday night as a statement against Nazi-sympathizer trump.

Joel’s parents were Jewish. He rarely makes political statements but the absurdity of the trump regime was too much for the superstar.

Joel wore the Jewish symbol during the four songs in his encore. He didn’t make a vocal statement during the show but later said: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
