Birds Of Tokyo

The Perth-based band has spent a long time working on new tunes following the spectacular success of their self-titled album of 2010.

A month ago they announced their new four-song EP ‘This Fire’ and now they’ve booked exclusive Melbourne and Sydney shows to launch it. Tickets go on sale next Friday 12 October from 9am only from the Birds Of Toyko website. Signing up to their mailing list before next Wednesday 10 October to get the password.

This is in addition to the Rockit Festival in Perth on October 28 and Homebake in Sydney on December 8.

They’ve also revealed a new clip for the epic title track, directed by Kris Moyes who has (naturally) shot videos for The Presets as well as Sia, Grizzly Bear, Franz Ferdinand, Beck and The Rapture.

Check it all out below.
