Bluesfest may have scored Jay Z to headline the 2018 festival.
Was promoter Peter Noble being cryptic when he posted “He is a beauty and it will be an absolute pleasure to bring him to Bluesfest. That only leaves around 99 artists to go.”
Jay Z’s signature song is ’99 Problems’.
The comment was also a clue and the clue has music fans speculating about Jay Z at the Bluesfest website.
“Is it Jay Z????? It is always a big moment when the first headliner confirms for the upcoming Bluesfest,” commented one reader called Aussiecroc
However another called Kowalksi had another take on the clue. “Of course, it could also be Nena to play 99 luftballoons”.
Bluesfest 2018 is on from March 29 to April 2. Early bird tickets are on sale now.
