in News

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York, has added to its archive the ‘baseball’ episode from Bob Dylan’s show on XM Satellite Radio, ‘Theme Time Radio Hour’.

The recording sees classic baseball calls interspersed with Dylan’s versions of baseball-inspired tunes, including an a cappella version of ‘Take Me Out To The Ball Game’. He also performs Buddy Johnson’s “Did You See Jackie Robinson Hit That Ball?”, and “The Ball Game” by Sister Wynona Carr.

The recording will be added to the Museum’s archive, and will be available for researchers to access.
