Bob Dylan To Tour Australia And New Zealand Theatres

Bob Dylan will tour Australian and New Zealand theatres for the first time in over 20 years in August and September.

Dylan will kick off the 117th leg of his Never Ending Tour in Hamilton, New Zealand on August 9 then head to Australia to perform in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Sydney before returning to New Zealand for another show in Christchurch.

Bob Dylan, who turned 73 yesterday (May 24), has been at his peak musically since his ‘Time Out of Mind’ album in 1997 won Grammy Album of the Year. Subsequent albums ‘Love and Theft’ (2001), ‘Modern Times’ (2006), ‘Together Through Life’ (2009) and ‘Tempest’ (2012) have been his most creative work since the 60s and a showcase for his recent performances.
