Brian Johnson confirms AC/DC album on the way and he is on it

AC/DC’s reunion with Brian Johnson was the world’s worst secret but Brian has now officially confirmed he is back and an album is on the way.

AC/DC tried to keep their recording sessions in Canada secret last year but … they like a cigarette and got photographed all together puffing away on a studio balcony.

Brian Johnson was there, as was Phil Rudd. Malcolm and Angus’ nephew Stevie Young, who replaced Malcolm, was also there. At this point the bass player is uncertain. (Cliff Williams retired after the Rock or Bust tour).

Grindcore band Terrorizer bumped into Brian Johnson at an airport this week. “We ran into Brian Johnson from ACDC at the airport today after the flight home and we asked him about the rumors of him being on the new ACDC album and he said “Yes” and that he is ” Sick of denying it”. So that was a cool surprise ending to the tour,” they posted on Facebook.

In 2016, Johnson was dumped from AC/DC and replaced by Axl Rose. Rudd was dumped in 2014 after his run-in with the law in New Zealand.
