The nominations for the BRIT Awards were announced on Saturday.
The U.K. equivalent to the Grammys the BRIT Awards honours both British based artists and international stars. This year’s awards show is set for February 22 and will be hosted by Michael Buble.
Skepta leads the nominations with three (British Male Solo Artist, British Breakthrough Act, British Album of the Year) while the late David Bowie has two (British Male Solo Artist, British Album of the Year).
Other veteran artists receiving nods include Radiohead, the late Leonard Cohen, Beyonce, Sia, A Tribe Called Quest and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
