Melbourne musicologist Bruce Milne, founder of Augogo Records, manager of the Blackeyed Susans, licensee of the Tote, has put together a bus tour of Melbourne’s music landmarks.
As part of the Leaps and Bounds festival, Milne will host a bus tour to Melbourne’s historic music spots like the house where Michael Hutchence filmed Dogs In Space and the Nylex Clock made famous in the Paul Kelly song ‘Leaps and Bounds’.
The tour will take place in the City of Yarra on four days in July only. The City of Yarra takes in the inner city suburbs of Abbotsford, Alphington, Burnley, Carlton North, Clifton Hill, Collingwood, Cremorne, Fairfield, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Princes Hill and Richmond.
Each tour is limited to 15 spaces.
