Bruce Springsteen Calls Trump Policy ‘un-American’ At Adelaide Show

by Paul Cashmere on January 31, 2017

in News

Bruce Springsteen has once again spoken out about the policies of America’s demagogue Trump calling what he is doing “fundamentally un-American” during his Adelaide show.

“Tonight we want to add our voices to the thousands of Americans who are protesting at airports in our country,” Springsteen told the Adelaide fans before playing ‘American Land’. “The Muslim ban and the detention of foreign nationals and refugees. America is a nation of immigrants and we find this anti-Democratic and fundamentally un-American”.

Bruce shook up the setlist once again with a cover of Van Morrison’s ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ and a guest appearance from Richie Sambora during ‘Shout’.

The next stop on the Bruce Springsteen Australian tour is Thursday in Melbourne.
