Jon Stevens has been working with Dave Stewart and the result is quite stunning.
Stewart has produced the next Jon Stevens album in LA and the videos for the songs are totally Hollywood with explosions, falling cars, crumbling buildings and a woman on fire.
“When it came to shooting music videos and promotional photos for Jon, I wanted to try and portray a life in which Jon’s life is crumbling around him but in which he is just powering through it all,” Dave Stewart said.
Dave has given fans a hint of what to expect in a video uploaded to his Facebook page over the weekend.
The video gives glimpses of three new Jon Stevens ‘Hold On’, ‘Guilty’ and ‘Starlight’.
Also playing on the album is Adelaide guitarist Orianthi and it is understood the finished album will also feature an appearance from Beatles legend Ringo Starr.
Jon Stevens will join Dave Stewart on Monday night at West Hollywood’s iconic Troubadour.
“Excited to play live again with lap steel and pedal steel legend #dandugmore along with #nashville keyboard legend #mikerojas
at my show at Troubadour this Monday Oct 3rd with special guest Jon Stevens,” Dave posted to Facebook.
