Chocolate Starfish will play again with a performance of the Meat Loaf classic ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ to be played from start to finish on Halloween.
Chocolate Starfish will take over The Palms nightclub at Crown Casino on October 31 for the special one-off show.
Meat Loaf ‘Bat Out Of Hell’ is the biggest selling album of all-time in Australia with 1.76 million sales to date. It is ahead of John Farnham ‘Whispering Jack’ (1.68 million), Dire Straits ‘Brothers In Arms’ (1.19 million), Abba ‘Gold’ (1.19 million) and Michael Jackson ‘Thriller’ (1.12 million).
‘Bat Out Of Hell’ is the creation of Jim Steinman who wrote the concept record with Meat Loaf on vocals. Todd Rundgren was the producer.
Meat Loaf has since release two sequels ‘Bat Out Of Hell II’ in 1993 and ‘Bat Out Of Hell III’ in 2006.
