Chris Brown is being held in custody in Paris for alleged rape.
The singer and known thug has had various encounters with violence leading back to the 2009 incident where he bashed his then girlfriend Rihanna. Brown received five years probation for that offense.
CNN is reporting three men, one being Brown, are currently being held by Paris police over an incident. Another is said to be Brown’s bodyguard.
The new charges allege rape and drugs. A woman in Paris filed the complaint leading to the arrest. Police have two days to file a formal charge.
Brown is banned from entering Australia because of his history with domestic violence.
