All of celebrity thug Chris Brown’s visits with his daughter Royalty must be monitored while his assault case is open.
Chris Brown is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department following his arrest in late August (16) on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Model Baylee Curran claims he threatened her with a gun in his California home.
Chris has maintained his innocence, but the mother of his two-year-daughter Royalty, former dancer Nia Guzman, reportedly filed a complaint Department of Children & Family Services after his arrest due to concerns for Royalty’s safety. A DCFS official visited his home with an LAPD officer on Thursday to check on her wellbeing, but Chris reportedly refused to let them in.
According to TMZ.com, since his arrest, it has been ruled Chris must only see Royalty while supervised by his mother, at least until the case is settled. Nia was involved in a bitter custody and child support payment battle with the singer has reportedly agreed to the terms.
After the visit, he released a video on Instagram to protest his innocence and insist he is a good dad.
“I take care of my daughter fully,” he said in the video. “Somebody makes an accusation, 90 percent of y’all believe it, and it’s bullshit. The last three weeks or whatever been going on with the accusations, you know it’s false.
“I don’t get the benefit of the doubt as everybody else. I take great pride in being a father. I love my daughter. All these allegations and bullshit, stop lying bro.”
Chris was due to appear for an arraignment hearing on Tuesday for the assault case but it was delayed while investigators collect further evidence, His attorney Mark Geragos told followers on Twitter he was confident police officials were close to dropping the case.
