Comedian Chris Lilley is being slammed on social media after posted a video labelled ‘Squashed N**ga’, featuring him in blackface following the death of a 14 year old Aboriginal boy run over by a man who was then acquitted of manslaughter.

Lilley’s tacky attempt at comedy has caused an uproar in the community, causing him to trend on Twitter in a negative way.

Rapper Briggs was one of the first to respond posting “I know someone who follows me will have Chris Lilley in their contacts – tell him, from me; ‘Chris, go fuck yourself you tactless gronk’”.

Lilley has now deleted his entire presence on social media but not before his video was reposted and Lilley chastised for his cruel comedy attempt.

Chris Lilley is a two time Logie winner. His show include We Can Be Heroes: Finding The Australian of the Year (2005), Summer Heights High (2007), Angry Boys (2011), Ja’mie: Private School Girl (2013) and Jonah from Tonga (2014).
