Cold Chisel played Australia’s biggest gig of the weekend when they performed for 96,000 in Adelaide.
Cold Chisel played at the close of the Clipsal 500, Adelaide’s annual V8 Supercars sports event.
The event itself generated 285,000 through the gate over four days with 96,000 on hand for the final day’s race.
Cold Chisel had played a warm-up show in Canberra earlier in the week and gave Adelaide a similar set minus a few songs.
Cold Chisel were also inducted to the South Australian Music Hall of Fame on the weekend.
