Coldplay have revealed the artwork for ‘Atlas’, their new song to be included on the ‘Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ soundtrack.
‘Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ is the second instalment of The Hunger Games trilogy. The movie will feature appearances from Lenny Kravitz, Woody Harrelson and Donlad Sutherland and the return of Australian actor Liam Hemsworth as Gale Hawthorne.
Eight-time Academy Award nominee James Newton-Howard, whose work includes ‘King Kong’, ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘The Prince of Tides’ and ‘The Bourne Legacy’, composed the movie score.
Alexandra Patsavas is the Music Supervisor for this movie replacing T. Bone Burnett who worked on the first one. Her credits include ‘The Twilight Saga’ series, ‘Grey’s Anatomy and ‘Gossip Girl’.
Coldplay were scheduled to release ‘Atlas’ last week but the release was delayed at the last month and has now been scheduled for September 6 worldwide except UK where it will be released on September 8.
‘Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ will premiere in November.
