Dan Deacon Showcases New Single ‘Lots’ From New Album America

Baltimore electro-indie gnome Dan Deacon reveals the first song from his new album.

The very quirky Deacon has entranced fans with jubilant live shows and goofy tunes for almost a decade, and recently dabbled in the classical world – even recording a score for Francis Ford Coppola’s horror movie Twixt.

Now he returns with his ninth studio album America, which promises to blend concert percussion of winds, brass, and strings into his usually digital ditties.

You can get a taste of it below in the form of debut single ‘Lots’. America will be released on Domino Records on August 24.
