Darius Rucker is now four albums into his country career with the release on Tuesday of Southern Style.
Rucker has been working on the album since last summer, considering sixty songs and recording thirteen for the album. Frank Rogers is once again working with Rucker on the set along with Keith Stegell who produced four of the tracks. Rucker is a co-writer on all of the cuts.
In numerous interviews, Rucker has described the album with one word, “fun”, which will most likely carry through to the major tour that the singer has set which officially starts May 14 and runs until the end of August.
