Sydney and Melbourne will get the chance to see Daughter perform for Heavenly Sounds in an equally heavenly setting.
The concept of Heavenly Sounds is to get artists to perform in spectacular settings such as churches and cathedrals. Past acts to play as part of Heavenly Sounds include Kate Miller-Heidke, Laura Marling and Seeker Lover Keeper.
Daughter have been together since 2010, releasing two EPs, signing to 4AD in 2012 and releasing their UK Top 20 album, ‘If You Leave’.
This will be the second time we get to see Daughter less than a year following their show-stopping performance at this year’s Splendour In The Grass festival.
In addition to their show at Splendour, Daughter have also notched up a Glastonbury appearance, and supports for Sigur Rós and The National.
Tickets go on sale through Ticketek on October 31st, with presale available for Heavenly Sounds members from October 28th.
