Dave Stewart will tell-all in his upcoming memoir ‘Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This – A Life In Music’.
Stewart first international success was with The Tourists in 1979. ‘I Only Want To Be With You’ reached no 6 on the Australian Top 40 chart of 1980. The band even split in Australia with Stewart and Annie Lennox becoming Eurythmics in Wagga Wagga, NSW during the final Tourists tour.
Eurythmics became one of the biggest acts of the 80s with more than a dozen hit songs millions of album sales.
As a producer worked with Jon Bon Jovi, Ringo Starr, Joss Stone, Bryan Ferry and Mick Jagger. In 2011 he formed the supergroup Super Heavy with Jagger, Joss Stone, Damien Marley and A.R. Rahman.
Stewart is also seriously involved in technology and has produced his own show ‘The Ringmaster’ for Bitesizetv.com.
