David Gilmour Expands Tour For US and South America

David Gilmour will support his new album, Rattle That Lock, with five shows in South America.

Out September 18, the album is his first solo effort since 2006’s On An Island.

Gilmour had already announced twelve European shows, including five at Royal Albert Hall in London, for September and October and ten for North America in March or April, and today set five shows for South America for December.

Playing with Gilmour are Phil Manzanera (guitar), Guy Pratt (bass), Jon Carin (keyboards), Steve DiStanislao (drums/percussion), Kevin McAlea (keyboards), Theo Travis (saxes/clarinet), and Bryan Chambers and Louise Clare Marshall (backing vocals).
