Neeson was diagnosed with a brain tumour over Christmas. Last night, Australia’s Who’s Who of rock gathered in Sydney to Rock For Doc, including The Hoff who got up to sing the song.

The Hoff’s new version of ‘Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again’ was released at midnight last night on iTunes. Hasselhoff recorded the Australian rock classic with Mark Gable (The Choirboys), Buzz Bidstrup (The Angels, Gangajang) and Dave Leslie (Baby Animals).

All proceeds from the song will go to the Doc Neeson Support Fund.
