Disturbed have generated over 2,000,000 views in just one week for their new video ‘The Vengeful’.
‘The Vengeful’ is the lead song from the band’s upcoming sixth album ‘Immortalised’.
Work began on ‘Immortalised’ in January 2014. After the songs were written David Draiman, Dan Donegan, John Moyer and Mike Wengren gathered at The Hideout Recording studio in Las Vegas with producer Kevin Churko to put down the tracks. ‘Immortalised’ will be released in August 2015.
The video for ‘The Vengeful One’ was directed by film-maker Phil Mucci. In a statement Disturbed posted, “We are excited to share a new song called “The Vengeful One” along with a new music video. It’s off our upcoming album called “Immortalized,” which will be released on August 21, and is available for pre-order today. This album had the arduous task of, in some way, justifying the hiatus; giving the fans something that made it worth our time away from one another. We hope that it succeeds in that task. Thank you for staying with us over the years.
