New tunes from Dizzee Rascal seem eminent after the British rapper has added another one to his live set list recently.
For the last few shows, Rascal has included the eardrum-perforating Let The Bass Drop to a crowd that seems to dig it – if the youtube clips are anything to go by.
Over the last year or so his set list has also included Bassline Junkie – another song yet to appear on a recorded album.
Rascal’s fifth album is yet-to-be named and certainly not recorded. Both of these songs are expected to appear on it, as well as a collaboration with Snoop Dogg.
It will be released through Island Records.
In the meantime, his 2003 Mercury Music Prize winning debut album Boy In A Corner has recently been reissued on fluro yellow vinyl. It’s awesome. Get it here.
