Don Walker To Play New Zealand With The Bads

Don Walker will perform two shows in New Zealand in April with The Bads as his band.

West Auckland’s The Bads are Brett Adams and Dianne Swann. The New Zealand singer songwriters are best known locally for their songs ‘So Alive’, ‘Helensville’ and ‘Drop In The Ocean’. Adams has also featured on albums by Tim Finn and Gin Wigmore.

Don Walker and The Bads will perform the New Zealand shows with his regular band featuring Wayne Bell on drums, Dave Khan on violin, mandolin and banjo, and bass player Mike Hall.

In 2013 Walker released ‘Hully Gully’. Don recorded the album with his band The Suave Fucks. Joe Henry mixed the album in his Pasadena studio.

Don Walker performed dates in Australia in November.
