Duran Duran only really impacted in the Australian chart with their first four albums. The biggest, the second album ‘Rio’, reached no 1 in 1982.
‘Paper Gods’ debuted this week at no 19 on the ARIA Album chart. The last Duran Duran album ‘All You Need Is Now’ peaked at 79.

The new ‘Paper Gods’ album reunites Duran Duran with producer Nile Rodgers, who worked with the band on ‘The Wild Boys’, the studio track from the live album ‘Arena’ and on the 1986 ‘Notorious’ album.
‘Paper Gods’ also features Mr Hudson, Mark Ronson, Janelle Monae, Lindsay Lohan and John Frusciante.
