The Kennedy Center Honors held their annual gala on Sunday night, honoring James Taylor, Al Pacino, Mavis Staples, Martha Argerich and the Eagles.
Hosted by Stephen Colbert, the evening included all of the honorees sitting with President Barack Obama and first lady Michele Obama.
Over the length of the program, many actors and musicians took the stage to pay tribute to each of the honorees, performing important songs or classical works for the four from a musical background along with Shakespeare, dances and impersonations for Pacino.
